With all concrete first level the house built as a basement bunker plus wood structure a traditional construction.

Basement was constructed with all reinforced concrete floors, walls, and ceiling, where it serves as an emergency shelter not susceptible to outside adverse weather conditions.

Overseeing the project from planning to completion, managing subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
